General information on our apartment and pricing


Sleeping up to a family of 4, the interior has all the comforts of a modern home with a dining/reception room, sitting room with an open fire, T.V. and D.V.D, a double bedroom with a put up bed for a child, kitchen, shower room and fantastic garden with a secluded chalet, BBQ and decking.


The dining/reception room has a beach feel to it with stripped floorboards, a feature fireplace made with reclaimed driftwood from the beach and some original features.


The sitting room has a working fireplace for those cosy nights in, or afternoons after a cold beach walk! With a comfortable corner sofa which converts to a double bed for those down with the family.


The large bedroom has a king size bed, reading lights and TV for whatever you're in the mood for! And a child's put up bed is available if required.


The kitchen is small but well equipped, with fridge, freezer, microwave, gas hob, oven and washing machine.


The bathroom is small but well laid out for this apartment and has a rustic beachy feel, with a walk in shower in half of it-ideal for washing away the sand!


The enclosed garden is a wonderful area to relax and unwind and safe for children to play. There is an outdoor eating area near to the house, a lawn for games or sunbathing and at the far end, a garden chalet sits under a shady tree, with decking enclosed by a feature wall made out of the reclaimed wood from the beach. It is an ideal outdoor living area to enjoy a BBQ, sunbathe, or just chill-out and relax.

Central heating, linen, iron, washing machine, T.V, DVD, C.D./radio BBQ, microwave, Coal/logs (supplement per bag).


Well behaved, small-medium sized dogs welcome.


We must stress that we are in a quiet residential area, and would not advise anyone wanting a party weekend, or have a particularly noisy family to rent this apartment.

Pricing

From £21 per night per person (based on two sharing for a week).

Weekends from £79 per night (min two nights) for two people.

Weekdays-Mon-Thurs from £50 per night (min two nights).

Week starts from Fri 3pm-Fri 11am.

Refundable deposit required on booking.
